R U OK? Day 2023 is Thursday 14  September and is our national day of action when we remind Australians that every day is the day to  ask, ‘are you OK?’.

To apply an Olympic angle to 'R U OK? Day', we are calling on the Olympic family to ‘Treat A Mate Like A Team-Mate’.

Athletes have each other’s back on the pitch, on the track, in the pool and in the arena. But that unconditional support doesn’t always transfer to life outside of competition.

This year, we are asking you to do two simple things on Thursday 14 September:

1. Contact a team-mate, friend or colleague who may need your support
2. Make time to be there for them
