ABOUT ROSIE

Rosie started cross-country skiing when she was 14 years old, after first trying the sport at the Interschool competitions.

Currently, she trains with the NSW Cross-Country team under her coach, dual Winter Olympian, Callum Watson.

The thing Rosie likes best about competing in Cross-Country skiing is the feeling of absolute exhaustion at the end of a race and pushing through the feeling of wanting to pull out and stop, because then she knows she has given it absolutely everything she had.

Rosie achieved a 3rd place finish at the 2019 Australian Open 10km event, and a 12th place finish at the 2018 World Schools Cross-Country Running Championships.
