The parties at the Arena will feature big screens with bean bags for residents to watch the live broadcast and replays of the Games via Channel Nine.The AIS Visitor Centre will also be decked out in green and gold and will broadcast the Games during opening hours.

The NSW Government is helping kids get active with the Active Kids program. The Active Kids program provides two $100 vouchers for parents, guardians and carers of school-enrolled children to use towards sport and active recreation costs each year.

PUBLIC TRANSPORT

This Olympics Live venue is easily accessible by bus from the Belconnen Town Centre. Please Visit the Transport Canberra Bus website for more information.

CYCLING

PARKING

There are three main parking areas for visitors. Their locations are:

Car park 3 - located adjacent to the Track and Field facility; in front of Canberra Stadium and at the end of Battye Street. This car park can accommodate buses.
Car park 4 - located adjacent to the playing fields located on Masterman Street.
Car park 5 - located across from the AIS Arena and at the corner of Leverrier Street and Battye Street. This car park can accommodate buses.
