Victoria's Story

Victoria Na took up the sport as a nine-year-old and won her first national junior title in 2005 in the U/15 singles. She went on to win the Australasian U/17 singles title in 2007 and the Australasian U/19 singles title in 2009.

Na had a strong 2011 competing and winning tournaments in Africa as well as claiming 2nd place at the Altona Cup and the Manukau International closer to home to help her book her spot at her first Olympic Games in London. Na won her first match against Slovakia’s Monika Fasungova in straight sets before a loss to Juan Gu saw her knocked out of the London Games at the group stage.
