Todd's Story
West Australian Todd Skipworth was 23 when he made his Olympic debut in 2008. Skipworth rowed in the men’s lightweight four in Beijing and finished in ninth place.
Skipworth returned to Olympic competition in 2012 as a part of men’s lightweight four alongside compatriots Anthony Edwards, Sam Beltz and Ben Cureton. After finishing second in their heat and then third in their semi-final, the Australian team finished less than a second behind bronze medallists Denmark in fourth place. South Africa claimed gold with hosts Great Britain winning the silver medal.
