1979 -
Steven Barnett teamed with Robert Newbery to win the bronze medal in the synchronised springboard at Athens 2004 behind home-town favourites from Greece and the German pair. Barnett missed the individual 3m final placing 16th.
Barnett’s mother, formerly Madeleine Bollinger, competed for Australia in diving at Montreal 1976.
