Figure Skating Womens Single
At just 16 years of age, Stephanie Zhang competed in figure skating at the 2002 Olympic Winter Games in Salt Lake City. She finished in 25th place.
Born in China, Zhang won her first Australian title in 1999 and came to international prominence the following year when she finished third in the ISU Junior Grand Prix. She finished 12th at the Junior World Championships in 2001, which at the time was the best ever result by an Australian woman.
