Shenae Lowings was first introduced to riding ponies as a five-year-old and as a teenager the riders who inspired her were Charlotte Dujardin and Sonja Johnson.
The 27-year-old has been riding competitively for more than half her life, having started as an 11-year-old. Based out of Werombi, NSW, she has competed in more than 115 events since 2010 and credits her parents as the most influential people in her career.
At the Paris 2024 Olympics Shenae entered into the team for Kevin McNab after he elected to retire his horse Don Quidam during the second day of the Eventing competition. Shenae rode with Bold Venture in Paris.
Shenae, alongside Shane Rose and Christopher Burton, finished 15th in the team event.
