Lynda's Story
At the Athens 2004 Olympic Games, Lynda Folauhola teamed up with Loudy Tourky to compete in the women’s synchronised 10m platform diving event. It was Folauhola’s Olympic debut and she was unlucky to finish just outside the medals in fourth with 313.92 points. Folauhola started her career as a gymnast before switching to diving in 1992 at the age of 11. She made her first national team in 1994, competing at the World Junior Championships.
