Harvey Sutton, the 1905 Rhodes Scholar from Victoria, competed in the 800 metres at London 1908. A doctor, he served in World War I and was twice mentioned in despatches and appointed Officer of the Order of the British Empire (OBE) for his military service in the Middle East.
