Dev Mytton competed at only one Olympic Games. Australia’s first sailing medals were won at Melbourne 1956 on Port Phillip Bay with Rolly Tasker and John Scott finishing second in the Sharpies. Mytton teamed with Jock Sturrock and Doug Buxton to win bronze in the 5.5-Metre class in their boat Buraddoo.
