Chloe's Story
Chloe Rayner was born in Essex in Great Britain and took up judo three months before moving to Australia at the age of nine. The -48kg fighter has been one of the nation’s most dominant judokas in recent years winning five straight Oceania titles between 2012-16, claimed the three national titles she competed in between 2012-14 and also won 2014 Commonwealth Games bronze. It was those results that helped her qualify for her first Olympic Games in Rio where she went down in her opening fight to Laetitia Payet of France.
