Bruce's Story
Bruce Quick first took up the sport of shooting at the age of 15 after watching his father at the local club. He was inspired to take it seriously after watching the 1984 Los Angeles Olympic Games, and made his first national team just three years later. Quick made his Olympic debut at the 2004 Athens Games, finishing 17th in the 25m Rapid Fire Pistol. Four years later he made his second Olympic appearance, again finishing 17th. In 2010, Quick combined with David Chapman to claim a bronze medal at the Commonwealth Games in Delhi in the pairs 25m Rapid Fire Pistol.
