Benn's Story

Benn Harradine competed at the Beijing 2008 Olympic Games, placing 31st in the men’s discus throw. Harradine is an indigenous athlete from the Watjabaluk Mob of the Wimera in Victoria. Harradine won gold at the 2010 Commonwealth Games with a throw of 65.45m in the fourth round.

He returned in 2012 to compete at the London Games where he threw 63.59m in the final to finish ninth overall.
