HAVE A GO AT OLYMPIC SPORTS
Arthur's Story
1903 -
Arthur Ford, Harry Morris and Tom Bolger formed the three-man Australian freestyle wrestling team at Amsterdam 1928. All were hampered by pre-Games injuries and an unfamiliarity with the Continental rules of wrestling employed during the Olympic bouts. Bantamweight Ford’s injured ankle when coupled with not knowing all the rules meant that he, like the other two, was eliminated early in the tournament.
