Trudy McIntosh, Bree Munro and Lainie Cole have had their first competition starts of the 2003-2004 international season, competing in the US Selection events in Park City, Utah.

All girls put down good lay-tuck (double back somersault) jumps, but had trouble moving back to the single kicker on their second jump either back slapping or touching down on landing.

OWI Aerial Skiing Head Coach Todd Ossian, was happy with the performances, considering it was only their second day jumping on the site, and the first ever competition performing double somersaults for Trudy.

Another selection event will be taking place this Friday 12th of December, with Continental Cup Nor Am events taking place next week on Wednesday 18th and Thursday 19th.

Olympic, World Cup and World Champion, Eric Bergoust of the USA, easily won the men's competition ahead of team mate Matt Saunders.
