Tonight we will reveal the two Flagbearers to lead the Australian Olympic Team at the Opening Ceremony of the Tokyo 2020 Olympic Games.
The Flagbearers will be announced during a special one-hour program, and there are four ways to watch it at 6.00pm AEST.
The announcement of the Flag Bearers will be contained in the final 15 minutes of the program. It will be preceded by the unveiling of the Australian Olympians’ Oath, plus live crosses to Australian Olympic Team members at training camps around the country.
Australian Olympic Team Chef de Mission Ian Chesterman will reveal his choices, with the crucial moment also to be carried live during Channel Seven’s 6.00pm News (AEST).

Australia has competed in every modern Olympic Games since the first held in Athens, in 1896, but Australia's first Olympic Flagbearer didn't make a debut until London 1908, competing alongside trans-tasman neighbours, New Zealand.
