Working with the AOC

The Australian Olympic Committee provides athletes the opportunity to excel at the Olympic Games, promotes the values of Olympism and the benefits of participation in sport to all Australians.

To drive our vision of Australians inspired by the spirit of Olympic Sport, we seek people who are passionate, dedicated and strive for high performance. How we do things at the AOC is as important as what we do and our values are at the core of this.

We are an independent, not-for-profit organisation, committed to the development of youth and high-performance sport through athlete support and funding initiatives.

As proud custodians of the Olympic Movement in Australia, it is our responsibility to select, send and fund Australian Teams to the Olympic Games, Youth Olympic Games and other regional Games including the Pacific Games.
