Nominate A Student
Teachers are invited to nominate up to two students per school from years 10-12, who demonstrate the Olympic Spirit and are driving change in their school and/or communities.
The Australian Olympic Change-Maker program offers a great opportunity to showcase and create awareness of the significant work achieved by students around the country.

ONCE NOMINATED:
- Follow up with student/s to register for the forum.
- Discuss and encourage students to apply for the national summit by creating and submitting a video which shows their leadership through sport in their school or local community, and/or use sport as a vehicle to improve health & wellbeing and drive social change in their school or local community.
- Stay connected and receive updates about the program.
ALL NOMINATED CHANGE-MAKERS RECEIVE:
- An invitation to attend the Change-Maker Forum.
- An invitation to be part of the Change-Maker Alumni, to connect with students around Australia.
- A certificate of recognition.
- Consideration to attend the National Change-Maker Summit (video submission required).
CHANGE-MAKER CHECKLIST:
- Complete the registration form for the Change-Maker Forum. You can find the form in the email you received when you were nominated.
- Make sure your parents/guardian have completed the consent form. Your parent/guardian would have received an email when you were nominated.
- Applying for National Change-Maker Summit – create and submit 1 minute video. Video 'How To' Guide
- Attend the Change-Maker Forum.
