A day in the life of dual Olympian James Roberts

SWIMMING: James Roberts made his Olympic debut at London 2012. He placed 7th in the men’s 100m freestyle and helped Australia finish fourth in the men’s 4x100m freestyle relay.

Four years later he won bronze alongside Kyle Chalmers, James Magnussen and Cam McEvoy in the 4x100m freestyle relay at Rio 2016.

Roberts won relay gold at the Gold Coast 2018 Commonwealth Games and now the 27-year-old is working towards his third Games appearance at Tokyo 2020.
