Vyninka's Story

Vyninka Rae Robyn Arlow is a former Australian diver who represented Australia at the 1992 Barcelona and 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games. Born in Perth on 25 March 1974, she specialised in the 10-metre platform event.

At Atlanta 1996, Arlow finished 19th in the women's platform competition. Four years earlier, she had reached the Olympic final in Barcelona and finished 10th, establishing herself among Australia's top divers.

Arlow later won a gold medal at the 1998 Commonwealth Games and continued her involvement in the sport as a coach and high-performance development leader in Australian diving.
