Tess Gerrand

Tess Gerrand was selected for her first Australian Rowing Team in 2012 and helped qualify the Australian women's eight for the London Games with victory at the Final Olympic Qualification Regatta in Lucerne. She went on to make her Olympic debut in London as a part of the women’s eight. Gerrand and the crew made the A Final finishing in sixth place. The USA beat Canada and the Netherlands for the gold medal. 

Gerrand attended College in the United States and won three National Collegiate Athletic Association championships as a member of Yale.
