Paul's Story
Paul Fleming always had a passion for boxing and martial arts as a kid from a small Queensland town. The long hours Fleming travelled to training paid off, with a second place national ranking at the age of just 17. Fleming was runner-up at the 2008 Australian Nationals but beat his rival Luke Jackson at the penultimate competition for Olympic selection, winning the 2008 Oceania Championships. Fleming competed in the featherweight division at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games and lost in the preliminary round.
