Oliver Dziubak

Born in Velbert, Germany, Oliver Dziubak moved to Australia in 1982. After setting the Australian Under-20 javelin record of 75.90m in 2001, Dziubak missed the next two years of national championships because of elbow reconstructive surgery after snapping his medial ligament. Dziubak made his Olympic debut at the Athens 2004 Games, throwing 78.53m to finish 19th.
