Jonathan's Story

Jonathon Sweet was the nation’s first male Olympian in aerial skiing. At the Nagano 1998 Games Sweet performed a different trick to the one he had listed prior to competition. This resulted in a score of zero.

Sweet won two World Cup bronze medals during his career, at Tignes, France in 1995 and Blackcomb, Canada in 1998. He competed at the 1995 and 1997 World Championships, placing 15th at the 1997 titles in Iizuna Kogen, Japan.
