Iain's Story

At the age of 50 Iain Murray made his Olympic debut for Australia at the 2008 Beijing Olympic Games. After working on the design and construction of Kevin Parry’s Kookaburra Syndicate for the 1987 America’s Cup defence, the father of three became an Olympian in 2008. Murray combined with Andrew Palfrey in the star class at the Beijing Olympic Games, finishing 14th.
