Having represented Australia in Youth Championships since 2008, Harrison Peacock made his senior debut in 2011 having moved to play professionally in Sweden in 2010.
Making his Olympic debut in 2012, Peacock and the Australian team lost their first match to Argentina before knocking off hosts Great Britain in straight sets. Despite not winning a set against Hungary, the Aussies took a 2-0 set lead over Italy before the world’s sixth ranked team claimed victory 3-2. Peacock and his teammates then pulled off one of the upsets of the Games when they defeated third ranked Poland 3-1. The Team’s final placing was ninth.
