Daniel Repacholi was 22 when he made his Olympic debut,
competing in the 10m air pistol and 50m air pistol in Athens 2004, finishing
36th and 23rd respectively. The Victorian shooter returned to Olympic competition
for the 2008 Beijing Games where he competed in the same events alongside his
wife Sue McCready. Repacholi placed 31st in the 10m air pistol and 40th in the
50m air pistol.
In 2010, the Victorian went on to win a bronze medal in the
men’s 10m air pistol at the Delhi Commonwealth Games before going on to finish
28th in the 10m air pistol and 19th in the 50m air pistol at the London 2012
After winning 10m air rifle gold and 50m air rifle bronze at the 2014 Commonwealth Games, Repacholi finished 44th and 28th in the 10m and 50m events at his fourth Olympic appearance in Rio.
